healthy and happy... in progress

I think every morning should start with a delicious smoothie - lots of greens, fruits and superfoods. This gives your day the perfect start, all those vitamins and enzymes that your brain needs to get to work.

A healthy tip: those dandelions that always get in your way in the garden are the best greens that you could probably find, they help the liver and clean your blood...happy body and happy clean garden!

After this delicious treat you're on time for another one: beads from The Beaderie to continue your work in progress... earrings in the making :)

Snacks to keep you going, creating jewellery is very addictive and often I forget about worries or food, so I keep them close while I let my imagination have fun :)

This piece is part of a bigger project, which I hope to finish very soon...

on a rainy day...

Rainy days are the best for rest and delayed projects.

You can stay inside and enjoy a warm breakfast, a delicious coffee plus some alone time :)

Every morning I like to make the most delicious porridge, using mostly organic produce...locally sourced if possible.

I use almond milk, raw cacao powder, cinnamon, porridge oats and lots of fruit for the topping..yummyyy

These last projects were made as a gift for two wonderful ladies... making gifts makes me happy because someone can wear a piece of my heart :)

And if my jewellery makes someone happy I filled my purpose <3

inspired by Morocco...

I've started creating new wonderful jewelleries for some time and now is time to reveal it.
I started working on bridal sets but occasionally got amazed by these colors and couldn't resist.

I created the cabochons using polymer clay and my favourite technique which defines my personality, allows me to play with colors and shapes...
After having the main pieces finished I embroidered them on a felt base using Toho beads and multiple beads such as: crystal beads, metal components and czech beads (found at The Bead Shop in Cambridge).

It has a unique shape and it's ment to be worn at the neckline.
