healthy and happy... in progress


I think every morning should start with a delicious smoothie - lots of greens, fruits and superfoods. This gives your day the perfect start, all those vitamins and enzymes that your brain needs to get to work.


A healthy tip: those dandelions that always get in your way in the garden are the best greens that you could probably find, they help the liver and clean your blood...happy body and happy clean garden!

Snacks to keep you going, creating jewellery is very addictive and often I forget about worries or food, so I keep them close while I let my imagination have fun :)

This piece is part of a bigger project, which I hope to finish very soon...
