Recipe - oat banana cookies (vegan and yummy!)

Two days ago I was craving for something sweet, but not those cookies full of sugar and nasty things that you can find in the supermarkets.
This is something magic, delicious and ready in 20 minutes. They taste so good and fill you up in a second.

So,here are the INGREDIENTS:

*2 bananas
*1 tsp cinnamon
*a few raisins
*a few choppes dates
*honey (optional - not vegan)
*any kind of seeds that you like: sesame, pumpkin, sunflower, linseed
*2 cups of oats

METHOD:

- first you mash the bananas with a fork, then you add the cinnamon and stir well
- add the raisins and dates
- pour in the oats and make a nice thick paste
- make them into cookie shapes and lay on the tray
- leave them in the oven around 20 minutes at 375 degrees F = 190 degrees C or Gas mark 5 :D
- leave them to rest a little bit and enjoy with a camomila warm tea
